Introduction
About a month ago, I received an invitation from the JPMorganChase Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs to participate in their upcoming PRIDE Plano LGBT+ Showcase. With our participation in the 2023 Chase for Business Make Your Move Summit, Chase invited AccuPhotography® to this event. As the first and only nationally certified LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE®) in Texas offering real estate photography service, I was honored by the invitation. I look forward to showcasing my business and services and engaging in LGBT business networking with attendees at the event.
Event Details
The event is on Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, at the JPMorganChase campus in Plano, Texas. AccuPhotography® will have a booth about 8’ wide. We will have a video display showcasing our AccuFabulous™✨ services, such as our residential real estate photography, 2D and 3D floor plans, aerial photography, aerial videos, 3D video renders, video walkthroughs, and twilight photography. In addition, we will be handing out promotional materials including our business cards, price sheets, and branded stickers. We will have a QR Code set up so that participants can quickly subscribe to our email list.

AccuPhotography’s Goals for the Showcase
We have several goals for this event. First, we want to promote our business and distribute our marketing materials to the event’s attendees.
Second, this will be a great business networking event to connect with potential allies and folks who can provide essential referrals and engage with other LGBT+ businesses.
Third, we want to use this event to generate potential leads. We will have a QR Code on display so folks can quickly join our email list, allowing us to follow up with them later.
This event allows us to share our mission to provide professional real estate photography and media services to LGBTQ+ customers and allies in Dallas-Fort Worth.

The event will feature a welcome reception, a fireside chat with Jamie Diamon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, renowned speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and a special celebrity golf event. As a minority-owned business, I had the privilege of participating in this incredible event alongside 1,000 small business owners and being featured as one of the esteemed vendors, contributing to the vibrant and inclusive business community fostered by Chase for Business.
In November 2023, I had the pleasure of being a featured vendor at the 2023 Chase Business Make Your Move Summit at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, and it was a fantastic experience. I had the chance to hear from Jamie Dimon in person and shake the man’s hand! The event also featured inspiring talks from Matthew McConaughey, Jay Shetty, Emmitt Smith, Sheryl Swoopes, and Mark Cuban, which made the entire experience unforgettable.
As an alumni of the Impact Ventures 12-week business accelerator program, I was thrilled to learn they were the primary beneficiaries of the event’s golf tournament fundraiser.
One important lesson I learned from the Make Your Move Summit was to follow up with all the leads. I have better systems in place now that will ensure that happens. 😉

Conclusion
It has been a pleasure having JPMorgan Chase as a business partner. The Make Your Move Summit in 2023 was an incredible experience, and the recent PRIDE Plano LGBT+ Showcase was equally inspiring. We in the LGBTQ+ community are grateful to have an ally like JPMorgan Chase. Their commitment to providing initiatives, resources, and opportunities for LGBTQ+ business owners is invaluable. They continue to be an essential community supporter, offering valuable collaboration events that foster inclusion and growth.
