Welcome to AccuPhotography! We are here to capture the beauty of your real estate property 📸🏡. As a digital media service, we specialize in providing top-notch photos, videos, and marketing materials tailored just for you. While we strive for perfection, we understand that occasionally something may not go as planned. So, let us dive into our return policy:
Happiness Guaranteed
Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the digital files you have purchased, let us know within 14 days, and we will do everything possible to make it right!
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact the Customer Service team within 14 days. Please provide your order number and include photos of the defect/damage.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 14 days. Contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged. As much as we would love to take everything back, there are a few exceptions. Please make your selections carefully because all purchases are final.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, contact our friendly support team at support@accuphotography.com or 469-777-4000. Our pixel-loving experts will guide you through the process to resolve any concerns.
Refund Delight
Once your return is approved, we will put our tech-savvy skills to work and process your refund within five business days. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit, whichever brings a smile to your face 😄.
